Hi everyone, today i am back with my Best in Beauty series for 2015. I did one for face products already. So this is the continuation of that. In this part i will talk about Eye products and Lip products.

Eye Primer: Mac cosmetics soft ochre. This product not only helps your eyeshadow lasts longer but also helps to cancel out your redness/darkness/blue veins on your eyelid.

Eyeshadow: Makeupgeek cosmetics eyeshadows and ABH eyeshadows are one of my favorites of all times. I love all finishes by these brands. If you are looking to buy makeupgeek- order few singles and see how you like them before getting whole bunch. For ABH ashadows i prefer the palettes they launch every now and then. Instead of buying singles i do get palettes by AnastasiaBeverlyHills.

Eyeliner: NYC black liquid eyeliner. If you like brush tip only. I find it very easy to use also it dries matte with i like. Name on tube is completely rubbed off. I use it every single day. Even though i use other gel liners i like to go over with it.

Mascara: Loreal Telescopic Mascara. Brush seems like nothing but it gives length to my lashes and it does not crumble.

Eyebrows: My absolute favorite is by the Brow Queen- Ansastasia Beverlyhills. It is Dipbrow pomade in dark brown. This product is very tricky to use. I find easy working with their #12 brush. You can do very natural and full on glam brows with this product. But definitely needs practice in the beginning. It lasts all day and its waterproof.

Lips: In the year 2015 i collected little too much of liquid lipsticks. So many brands launched liquid lipsticks. Lipsticks i am showing below are the favorites in terms of formula & its longevity.

Mac lipsticks are my no 1 favorites on the traditional lipstick tubes. I love so many colors so i haven't included in the picture. Other brand i love is Maybelline creamy matte lipstick from drugstore.

Last but not least is my Urban Decay Revolution lipstick in naked. This shade goes with almost everything. When i don't know what shade to choose i always go for this.

Lipliners: I have four favorite lipliners. Mac soar is my long time favorite even before Kylie Jenner lip trend. It was introduced by the Dressyourface. I use it for my pinks and nudes. Nyx cosmetics retractable lipliners stays longer than any other and are waterproof. 

Top-Bottom ( Mac Soar, NYX Nutmeg, NYX Jwewl. Milani Spice)

 Lipgloss: I don't own that many lipglosses. I have few Gerard cosmetics ones and two by mac and 3-4 by Revlon. Out of those, this is the one i always use if i am using lipgloss. Now i am thinking about it, i may get few in 2016. Leave me your favorites down below. Oh btw this is the Revlon super lusturous in rosy future.

These are my top favorites of 2015. I am very excited what 2016 brings to us. I am already excited few products that are launching in 2016.

Holidays are over but i don't seem to get over the glittery eye looks. Especially after i bought the Urban decay cosmetics glitter liner in midnight cowboy. It is really easy to use. Since the shimmery eyelid brings light to your face, i like to use it anytime of the year over matte looks. Here is the look i did over the weekend for a small religious event. 

Eyes- 1) prep eyelid using mac soft ochre paintpot and set with makeupgeek eyeshadow in vanilla                      bean

          2) apply makeupgeek eyeshadow in cocoa bear in your crease. To create the depth on my                          crease i applied Americano eyechadow on my outer crease.

          3) Apply duochrome eyeshadow in Ritzy all over the lid and dotted urbandecay glitter liner in                 midnight cowboy.

          4) Apply Nyc liquid eyeliner in black and added morphe #DW lashes.

 Brows- Anastasia beverlyhills diprow in dark brown with #12 brush

 Lips- Maybelline matte lipsticks in Mesmerizing Magenta.

Best in Beauty 2015 

I do get a lot of questions on my Instagram, Facebook and messages from my friends asking what products to buy? Which one is good which one is not. There are tons of products in the market and for the beginners its really hard to pick one they will like. It's been almost three years that i got involved heavily on my makeup game. And i have tried quite a lot of products here and there. Some worked for me while some did not (its all about trial and error). Here are the list of items i truly truly love. I will provide tips and tricks here and there that i like to do with the products and any discount you may get with them.

                                      

My skin is combination to dry, so face products i will be mentioning down below will be geared towards the dry skin. But if you are oily i will also try to do product recommendation as i used to be oily before.

Strating with the face Products:
Moisturizer- Toofaced Hangoverx hands down the best for all skin tones. I have seen the oily people love this product as well as dry.

Prep and Prime- For dry skin i am loving coverfx illuminationg base. It gives beautiful sheen to the face, it looks like you are glowing from within. For my oily friends, benefit foundation primers for oily skin works well. If you got large pores- benefit porefessional works wonders.

Foundation- First of all, i have acne prone skin and i do have scars from the acne as well as i have pregnancy marks on my cheeks. That is why i like full coverage foundation. I do like quite a lot of foundation depending on how my skin during that time.

i) For an even where i know i will be photographed i love Toofaced born this way foundation and my newest obsession is Giorgio armani luminous silk foundation

ii) Time where i want both coverage and long lasting capacity- Estee lauder double wear foundation won't let you down. Picture beautifully as well. It will stay put for 16+ hours. For oily skin this the best foundation. If i feel dry i add 2 drops of facial oil and mix with my foundation.Same with the Mac Studio fix fluid foundation (love using for my brides)

 iii) For everyday wear, i like loreal true match foundation (great color selection). Also i love love love my IT cosmetics CC cream. It has got beautiful medium coverage and tons of skin benefits with spf of 50.

 Concealers- My no 1 will always be mac prolong wear concealer. Others are Loreal true match concealer and the maybelline age rewind.

Setting/Face Powders- No matter what i will always set my under eye concealer with laura mercier translucent setting powder. Best one in the market right now. It prevents your concealer from creasing. I will set rest of my face with mac studio finish powder very lightly.

Highlight/Contour- 2015 was year of highlight and contour and almost every brand you could think  of has highlight and contour products. I love Ananstasia Beverlyhills powder contour kit in medium, not really a fan of cream contour. I love Benefit hoola bronzer to contour my nose.

For shimmer highlighters- Becca Opal, Makeup forever duo#2, ABH Riviera and Laura Geller Gilded honey

Hi everyone, I want to wish you all a very Happy New Year! I hope you all had a very nice time with your family and friends.

Today i am back with my Sephora Play box. This is the 4th box by Sephora. In this box, i got few items i already had and i loved and few new things that i am really excited to try.

Let's see what i got in this box.

 

This is how it looks inside the box. I got six items in total.

1) Nude Advance Renewal- Age-defying skincare serum. It has seven sample pouch attached to it, you will get good amount of product in one pouch, where one pack will last you 2-3 times if you preserve your packet safely.

2) Fresh Seaberry moisturizing face oil (0.16floz)

3) Smashbox Full Exposure eye shadow duo in shade s3/m3. I missed these when Sephora had 100 points perk. So, i am really happy to have this. It has a shimmer shade and a matte shade.

4) Viktor and Rolf Flowerbomb EAU DE PARFUM. This smells heavenly. Love this a lot and own full size as well. If you are looking to buy this perfume, http://www.fragrancenet.com/  has it on sale.

5) Dr.brandt Pore Dermabrasion (0.25oz) 

6) Makeupforever aqua eyes pencil in black.
